Shipping

The products purchased will be delivered by means of a transport company contracted by VOLDOG, under the following modalities and within the periods indicated, which will be initiated in any case from the moment of confirmation of the payment of the price or receipt of the amount corresponding to the orders, notwithstanding the specifications indicated below:

Delivery, in the Spanish State and in mainland Portugal, with the exception of Ceuta and Melilla:

  • The delivery will be made within a maximum period of 10 business days if the validation of the order and the receipt of the confirmation of the payment of the price has been received by VOLDOG before 14h on working days.
  • In case of receiving the validation of the order and the receipt of the confirmation of the payment of the price from 14h on working days, or on holidays, the delivery period will start counting the next business day.
  • Holidays will not be computed for the fulfillment of delivery deadlines, and deliveries will not be made.
  • The delivery will be made at the address provided by the Customer in the purchase process.
  • The delivery is considered made from the moment in which the Product has been made available at the place of delivery indicated by the Customer.
  • The risk of the Products (among others, loss, impairment or theft) will be transmitted to the Customer from the moment they have been made available to them at the place of delivery.
  • The cost of delivery and transportation will be as indicated in the purchase process.
  • If for any reason VOLDOG could not meet the delivery date, the Client will be informed of this circumstance and will be given the option to proceed with the purchase by establishing a new delivery date or cancel the order with the refund Total price paid.

Delivery in other countries:

The carrier, in each case, will proceed to the delivery of the merchandise at the address provided by the Client to VOLDOG. In the event that the Client is not at the address provided at the time of appearance of the carrier and the delivery cannot be made, the latter will raise the corresponding part that will be provided to the customer with a carrier's telephone number with which he must put in contact and make the delivery effective.

The unsuccessful delivery due to the absence of the Client at the address provided, will not be the responsibility, in any case, of VOLDOG, and in case the delivery cannot be made on the scheduled day due to access difficulties or not passing previously indicated by the Client or in the absence of the same on the day of delivery, VOLDOG may re-invoice delivery costs.

In the event that the delivery address is incorrect or incomplete, or in the case where delivery has been unsuccessfully attempted in more than two attempts, after a period of 5 days the shipment will be returned to origin, charged to the Client. If the Client wishes to define a specific delivery date that exceeds the stipulated delivery period, he must notify VOLDOG at the email address hola@voldog.shop.

The Client undertakes to verify the conformity of the order at the time of delivery by the carrier and the perfect condition of the merchandise at the time of receipt. In case of claim in relation to possible defects or deterioration marks of the products (breakdown, missing product with respect to the delivery order, damaged packaging, broken products, etc.), The Customer must indicate his observations in the order of delivery and send them by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt within two days of delivery to the VOLDOG's address. Except in the case of hidden defects and warranty regime, no claim or reservation will be accepted upon receipt of the products by the Client if he has not followed the procedure detailed above.

Returns

If you find a defective product in the received order, please contact hola@voldog.shop.

You can return the merchandise to us as long as you communicate your intention within one week after the order is received and as long as you keep it in its original seal and its packaging. To do this you must contact us at hola@voldog.shop or call  or you can also use our contact section.

Whenever the return responds to product defects, www.voldog.shop assumes the shipping costs caused by the return. You can replace it or replace it with other items. Upon receipt of the merchandise to be returned in time and after verification by VOLDOG that it is in perfect condition, VOLDOG must reimburse all payments received from the consumer by the same means of payment used within a maximum period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the receipt of the notification of withdrawal, as long as the Products have been received within the term and in the return conditions indicated above.

If the reasons for return are outside www.voldog.shop, that is, if the merchandise is in perfect condition but nevertheless you want to return it, you must send the product in its original packaging and in perfect condition. Regarding the beds, the beds are vacuum pressed, once opened it cannot be returned. The expenses incurred in the return will NOT be borne by www.voldog.shop. In the event that the merchandise is not in perfect condition, VOLDOG will inform the Client by mail , denying the right to return and making the merchandise available to the Client at the address of VOLDOG.
